Fabián

Role: Bar Staff / Waiter

From: Gran Canaria

My last meal on Earth would be: Pasta carbonara with garlic prawns and pizza hawai

If I won the lottery tomorrow I’d: Open my own business and travel around the world

My dream dinner party guest is: Jim Carrey

My celebrity crush is: Lana Rhoades 100% but since I was child it’s been Maria Isabel

Advice I would give to people wanting to work abroad is: My advice for those who want to work at Sparkles is to simply be a bit crazy, have fun, and even if you know nothing about being a waiter, it’s no problem…you learn everything here! Look at me, I’m a terrible waiter but they love me anyway, so just be yourself.
